This book is full of information, and I trust my school chose a good book to get this certification. It's easy to make sense of what he says and the review at the end of each chapter is good as well. One thing I don't like is my teacher spotted a place or 2 with incorrect information. Normally I wouldn't care because we all make mistakes. However, this problem was pretty elementary (Figure 1-1 is incorrect. Data is stored to RAM, which then is quickly accessed by the CPU)

Good book, excellent condition, but no extra materials. I am having my 10 year old read through sections b/c it has good info on running Windows 7. It is based on Windows 7.
